Jim Andrews

Jim is Tango’s lead and strategist. He was SVP of Marketing at Kerry Americas (a $12 billion food and beverage ingredients manufacturer) for nine years. There he led an in-house agency that directed marketing for five business units and the parent corporation. Prior to Kerry Americas he was a partner at Hiebing, a 120 million ad agency based in Madison, Wisconsin.

When he isn’t geeking out writing sales and marketing plans, Jim is an avid organic vegetable gardener. His 126-year-old barn/house keeps him busy with upkeep.

 

James Beatty

Jim is a former creative lead at Sapient, a 2,000-person digital agency and consultancy with offices around the globe. He is our primary brand consultant and writer. Past clients include 3M, Abbott, Advocate Health Care, Alcoa, BP, Eli Lilly, Fonterra North America, HD Supply, Kerry Ingredients & Flavours, McDonald’s Corporation, Miller Brewing Co.. Nalco Company, Sarah Lee, Takeda Pharmaceuticals and Tate & Lyle.

Outside of work, Jim serves on the board of his daughters’ Catholic school, drops in at the local maker space whenever he gets a Tuesday evening free, bakes and blogs about it. He is also an avid doodler.

Jason Caldeira

Jason is an award-winning designer and art director with more than 20 years’ design experience in both digital and traditional applications, including brand development, marketing, multi-media and web design. His experience ranges from Oprah Winfrey and Toyota/Scion to small area boutiques and independent retailers.

When not in full-on designer mode, Jason is also a performing musician, a proud father of two, a lover of all things Apple, and a dedicated locavore. He also makes a mean cuppa Joe.
